Returns are free! We offer hassle free returns. Return your product within the first 30 days for a refund or exchange. We'll even cover the shipping costs! Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied :)
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You'll get a prepaid shipping label sent to your email. Our free return label provides insurance coverage for your item.
Should you wish to return or exchange your item for a different one, please submit the request through our messaging system located below. You may also email us directly at contact@gemtry.com and we will provide you with your prepaid return label.
